MELBA's brand essence is 'Local Legacy'.

 

At the heart of everything we do is the MELBA brand essence. It’s not something we say to our customers or put into a slogan, it’s just something we inherently are. It’s a feeling, as much as it is our calling. It’s internal as much as it is external. 

 

Everything we do serves to prove our brand essence 'Local Legacy' true. 

 

Externally, it stands to reason that everything we believe and deliver helps foster the MELBA brand as a Local Legacy for our customers. They may not be able to say it as much as they feel it and look forward to it with every visit.

 

But internally it’s important that we are also a Local Legacy to you and our stakeholders. We want you to remember and enjoy your experiences and time with the MELBA brand. We want to nurture you and help you grow both personally and professionally. We want you to have a rewarding and fulfilling career with us, after all that’s our secret way of retaining you and ensuring that you get just as much from us as we do from you.
